Yarra Valley Dress Hire (YVDH) is a business in Lilydale, Melbourne, that provides a hiring service of high-end dress hire, gifting, fashion and beauty. In 2022, they required a complete rebranding and new online store design.
Brand Identity
Yarra Valley Dress Hire required a logo design that tied into their local roots in the wine country. The branding colours use a soft and feminine colour palette, holding a balance of qualities that relate to their customers.
The chosen design by the client chosen by YVDH, utilises a thin typeface. It features a subtle vine going through the letter ‘H’ to relate to the winery vineyard as desired, and is a more elegant design for the brand.
Website
Yarra Valley Dress Hire now offers their services through their new Shopify e-commerce website. Appealing to their feminine audience, within Spacey Studios I aided in designing this custom website. A Shopify theme was then developed for the company and custom integrations are used to optimise the user experience.
The design of this website was kept minimal as to showcase the products without distraction. This features the new branding and a simple show that is effective for the everyday customer to use.
